Reserve Clean Glaze for Serving

Divide the peach glaze before it touches the chicken. Use one portion near the end of grilling and keep the other clean for drizzling over the finished tacos. Adding the glaze late prevents its sugars from burning, while fresh peach, avocado, and cilantro stay brighter when they are added after cooking.

How to Store Leftovers

Refrigerate chicken within 2 hours for up to 3 days. Store all toppings and tortillas separately.

Freeze glazed chicken for up to 2 months; do not freeze assembled tacos or fresh fruit.

How to Reheat

Warm chicken covered in a skillet until 165°F and tortillas separately. Add slaw, avocado, peaches, jalapeño, cilantro, and clean glaze after heating.

What to Serve With It

  • cilantro rice
  • lime slaw
  • sparkling peach water
