savory tomato tart

Tomato Pie with Basil layers drained ripe tomatoes, cheddar, parmesan, herbs, and fresh basil in a flaky crust, then bakes until the filling sets and the top browns. This recipe works equally well on a busy weeknight or a table shared with guests.
